It is the responsibility of Wild Rose Country Puppies to deliver a clean, healthy, socialized puppy, free of disease, life threatening defects, and internal or external parasites. To this end, all puppies are vet checked before leaving our home. If the puppy is to be shipped, a health certificate, as required by the airline will be sent as well.
All our puppies are micro chipped before they leave our premises. This is for our own identification and yours as well. Should we need to replace a puppy or dog, the chip must match, or no warranty. A microchip or tattoo is also required as part of the CKC registration.
We guarantee our puppies for 30 days against life threatening infectious disease provided that the new owner (you) do not expose your new puppy to any unvaccinated dogs, take him/her for a walk in the park, take him/her to a pet store or any other public place until 10 days after the 16 week vaccination is given. Our puppies leave here free of any disease. It is your responsibility to maintain that by following our guidelines. (Please read the articles Vaccine Controversy and Vaccination Schedule on
the Site Directory of our website for Dodd protocols which we follow).
Your new puppy has been checked for coccidia and/or giardia before
leaving our premises. We do not guarantee against Giardia or Coccidia.
Giardia can live in local water supplies, whereas Coccidia is often
stressed induced. They are easily treated. Your responsibilities are
outlined in our NEW OWNER'S CONTRACT.
We further guarantee our puppies for one year against any genetic life threatening condition which will interfere with the puppy/dog from having a normal life, providing that the new owner (you) follows our guidelines for standards of care and feeding. These are outlined on our Health Care and Contracts.
We do not guarantee adult size, color, or placement in any CKC sanctioned events. We do not guarantee a dog's behavior as behaviors are learned. You are buying a pet puppy first and foremost. We do not guarantee against accidents or owner negligence, intentional or otherwise. If intentional, we have the right to demand a return of said puppy to us promptly at your expense. Failure to do so voids all contracts, guarantees, and will likely result in you being charged for endangering the life of an animal.
We do not guarantee against shipping mishap once the dog is in the hands of the airline. Insurance can be purchased if desired and will be included in the shipping costs.
If, at any time, you can no longer care for your dog, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to have said dog returned to us (at your expense) so we can find a good home for him/her. We have a Welcome Home Policy, and will take any of our dogs back at any time. Under no circumstances is one of our dogs to go to a shelter!
Should one of our puppies or dogs need to be replaced, we require a letter from your vet on his/her letterhead stating the exact nature of the problem. If our vet concurs, we will replace your puppy/dog as outlined in our SALES CONTRACT as soon as one is available. We will not cover any expenses that the new owner (you) has paid in regards to this dog. We will not pay for return shipment of the puppy, if that is your choice. If your puppy/dog has died, we require an autopsy to discover the cause of death and all findings sent to us for our veterinarian to review. We will replace your puppy as outlined in our SALES CONTRACT as soon as one is available.
All reference to your puppy/dog must contain the correct microchip number in order for this guarantee to be valid.
